Quality and environment in our processes and deliveries

For Comptronic, quality and environmental considerations are a natural part of how we work - from the choice of components to delivery and follow-up. Through established processes and ISO-certified management systems, we ensure that our solutions fulfil high standards of both function and responsibility.

ISO 9001 and 14001

In late 2023, Comptronic took new steps in its sustainability work. We needed both third-party certification for quality and the environment and to strengthen our organisation. The move to modern premises at Vasakronan in central Stockholm was an important part of the solution. The central location reduced our need for a car and gave us easy access to public transport and services within walking distance.

The collaboration with Vasakronan will give us access to renewable electricity labelled with the Good Environmental Choice label, energy-efficient heating and a well-functioning recycling and logistics support system. The building is already certified according to the global environmental certification system LEED at silver level, and Vasakronan is now working purposefully to reach the gold level.

LEED certification is an international acknowledgement that a building fulfils high standards of environmentally friendly design, construction, operation and maintenance. This strengthens our work towards climate neutrality by 2030 and contributes to a more sustainable everyday life.

At the same time, Comptronic continues to offer long-lasting and energy-efficient components - from high-efficiency power supplies to ultra-low power sensors. Our European component manufacturers and modular solutions contribute to reduced losses, longer lifetime and easier service for our customers. In this way, we make a difference both in our own operations and at our customers' sites.

Business policy

Quality

Comptronic AB markets and sells electronic components to manufacturing companies. Customer satisfaction and met requirements are our most important quality indicators. We continuously improve our management system and our operations. We represent selected manufacturers and provide components from the original source with maintained traceability. Incoming goods are inspected, and any deviating material will not be delivered without the customer's written approval. We communicate relevant information regarding product changes, availability, and lifecycle status to support our customers' operations.

Environment

We strive to deliver our components with the lowest possible environmental impact from a life-cycle perspective. We comply with environmental legislation and work for continuous improvement by reducing resource consumption, waste, and the environmental impact of transport, as well as promoting reuse and recycling. Environmental risks and opportunities are considered an integral part of our management system. We set relevant environmental requirements for our suppliers and partners and work towards enhanced environmental performance.

Ethics

Our operations are characterised by respect, responsibility, transparency, and good business ethics. We comply with applicable laws, regulations, and agreements. We do not accept discrimination, harassment, bribery, corruption, or other unethical behaviour.
